Requirements for articles
Requirements for articles published in the international scientific journal “Gylym”:
CONDITIONS FOR POSTING AN ARTICLE IN THE MAGAZINE:
- - the article must contain the results of original scientific research in the field of the relevant group of specialties “Law”, not previously published and not intended for publication in other publications. A scientific article must present its own conclusions and intermediate or final results of scientific research, experimental or analytical activities. The article must contain original developments, conclusions, recommendations that have not been previously published and are novel; or is devoted to the consideration of previously published scientific articles related to a common topic (systematic review). The content of the article should contain reviews of scientific works of foreign researchers on a similar problem, as well as links to at least one article in previous issues of the journal “Gylym”. The author is obliged to inform the editorial board when submitting an article and other materials whether they have been published or submitted to other publications;
- -availability of UDC (universal decimal classification);
- - data about the author(s), title of the article, abstract, keywords in three languages (Kazakh (except foreign authors), Russian and English) and a transliterated list of references;
- -co-authorship requires no more than 3 authors;
- - manuscript of an article of 6-8 pages in length, signed by the author (authors). Articles longer than 8 pages are approved by the editor-in-chief;
- - a certificate on behalf of the author stating that the article does not contain information containing state secrets, as well as information marked “For official use”;
- -copy of the magazine subscription receipt. Journal index - 75383.
ORDER OF STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF THE ARTICLE:
- Article structure:
- UDC (universal decimal classification);
- title (title) of the article (in capital letters, bold), full name. author(s), his academic degree, academic title, affiliations (name of organization), name of country, and postal and email addresses of all authors of publications (including indicating the main author) in Kazakh (except for foreign authors), Russian, English . If the name of the organization does not explicitly indicate the city, then the city and country are indicated separated by a comma after the name of the organization (Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kosshy). If an article is prepared by several authors, their data is indicated in order of the importance of each author's contribution to the article;
- abstract in Kazakh (except for foreign authors), Russian, English (the abstract outlines the essence and research methods used, summarizes the most important results and their significance, the volume of the abstract is 200-300 words);
- keywords - intended to search for the text of an article and determine its subject area (in Kazakh (except for foreign authors), Russian, English);
- article text.
- bibliography - a list of information sources used in preparing the article is located at the end of the article. The sources are listed in the order of references to them in the article. The reference number in the text of the article is written in square brackets, for example: [1, p. 15]. The list of references is drawn up in accordance with GOST 7.1-2003 “Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules for drafting.” When referring to Internet resources, the author, title of the text, source, full email address of the material, and the date of its discovery are indicated. Links to private communications, reports, undefended dissertations and other unpublished materials are not permitted;
- transliterated list of references (sources used) for the article.
- At the end of the article there should be a note: “the article is published for the first time”, the date and signature of the author (authors) must be placed.
- Drawings (graphic material) must be made clearly, in a format that ensures clarity of all details, numbered, signed and presented on electronic media.
- Articles are reviewed by scientists or specialists in the relevant field using blind reviewing in order to ensure the quality of the published article, the correctness and reliability of the presentation of the results, without forwarding the review to the authors of the articles.
