Veterans Council

The Council of Veterans of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev is an organization uniting veterans of the Academy who have made a significant contribution to the development and activities of the educational institution.

The main tasks of the Veterans Council include:

Support for veterans: Providing assistance to academy veterans in social, everyday and medical issues, protecting their rights and interests.
Patriotic education: Participation in the patriotic education of cadets and academy staff, transfer of experience and knowledge to the younger generation.
Organization of events: Conducting various events dedicated to memorable dates and events, meetings with veterans, exhibitions and competitions.
Preservation of traditions: Support and development of the traditions of the academy, participation in special events and ceremonies.
Community Engagement: Establishing and maintaining relationships with other veteran organizations, as well as participating in the public life of the city and region.
The Veterans Council actively participates in the life of the Academy, contributes to strengthening the continuity of generations and preserving historical memory.

Tasks of the Veterans Council in educating future employees of internal affairs bodies
The Council of Veterans of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev plays an important role in the education of future employees of internal affairs bodies.
The main tasks of the Veterans Council in this direction include:
Patriotic education:
Forming in cadets a sense of patriotism and pride for their country.
Organization of events dedicated to state and professional holidays, memorable dates and historical events.
Meetings with veterans who share their experiences and talk about significant events in the history of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the country.
Transfer of experience:
Conducting lectures, seminars and master classes with the participation of veterans who share professional knowledge and skills.
Participation in the educational process through mentoring and consulting cadets on career issues.
Formation of moral qualities:
Fostering in cadets such qualities as honesty, justice, devotion to duty, responsibility and respect for elders.
Development of a culture of behavior and compliance with ethical standards in professional activities.
Support of traditions and continuity:
Support and development of traditions of the academy and internal affairs bodies, which contribute to the formation of corporate culture and team unity.
Organization of events to preserve and popularize the historical heritage of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Psychological support:
Providing psychological support to cadets, especially during the period of adaptation to the educational process and work activities.
Conducting trainings and conversations on stress management and overcoming difficulties.
Encouragement and motivation:
Organization of competitions, competitions and other events aimed at developing the professional and personal qualities of cadets.
Encouragement of cadets for success in studies, service activities and active participation in the life of the academy.
These tasks help to form highly qualified, morally stable and patriotically minded employees of internal affairs bodies who are able to effectively perform their official duties and adequately represent their profession.
