Order of publication of articles

The procedure for submitting materials to a scientific journal:

1. The manuscript must be submitted in person or sent by registered mail directly to the editor-in-chief in two copies, printed at 1 interval on white A4 paper, portrait orientation; font Times New Roman, height 14. All margins – 2 cm. The text should be formatted in width without hyphens, indentation at the beginning of the paragraph – 1 cm. The title of the article should be formatted in the center. Automatic numbering should not be used in the text of the article. The text must be edited, proofread by the author and signed on the last page. It is possible to send by e-mail in the format of a text editor “Word” with subsequent provision of printed copies.
2. The editors have the right to make necessary corrections and reductions, as well as reject articles that, in their opinion, do not meet the requirements of the journal. If an article is rejected, the editorial board reserves the right not to discuss the reasons for rejection. The author(s) are responsible for errors and inaccuracies of a scientific and factual nature. Materials received by the editor cannot be returned.
3. The editors do not undertake any obligations regarding the timing of publication. Materials are published in the order in which they were received by the editor. If the material is sent to the author for revision, then the date of receipt is the date the author returns the revised material.
