Founder – Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev.

The scientific periodical “Gylym-Science” aims to publish in the open press the results of scientific research by scientists from Kazakhstan and other countries in the field of “Legal Sciences”.

The journal publishes scientific articles, reports on research results in various fields of jurisprudence, reviews of new scientific legal publications, articles on significant scientific conferences on problems of state and law.
