He entered the Kostanay Academy of the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2008, and graduated in 2012 from the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan at that time.
What was the reason for my admission to the Academy cadets? First of all, this is an example of my father, retired Justice Major Khon Oleg Lvovich, he worked as deputy head of the course from 1996 to 2000 at that time at the Kostanay Higher School of Militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, after which, after working in the penal enforcement system, he retired. Looking at my father, I really wanted to become a police officer, to stand guard over law and order with honor and dignity.
For me, the Academy has become a "school of life" in which I have gained a lot - the necessary knowledge, skills and qualities necessary for practical work, and I have also found loyal and reliable companions. The Academy has shaped me as a person, taught me to be purposeful, hardy and persistent. These qualities were laid in me by the staff of the course level - the heads of the course Zhampeisov Gaziz Nurmuratovich and Tazhmukhanov Adilkhan Abulkhasanovich – very strict and fair leaders of the combatant level. It should also be noted that the deputy heads of the course – Samat Kaparovich Musainov, Vladislav Valeryevich Bondarik, Timur Kairatovich Rismukhambetov and Temirzhan Gabdrashitovich Baymaganov – are always understanding and demanding officers.
The academic staff of the Academy has always been at a high professional level. Each teacher has invested a part of himself in us, sharing his knowledge in various disciplines, as well as giving examples from his practical experience. I would like to mention the teachers – Shalgimbaev Marat Khaidarovich, Yudakov Konstantin Ivanovich, Kaymuldinov Erlan Yertayevich, Kim Dmitry Alexandrovich, Bekmagambetov Ruslan Kabdugalievich, Tuiganov Myrzabek Sardarbekovich, Vidershpan Alexander Valeryanovich, Karaulov Kairat Amanzholovich, Tabuldenov Alibek Nurmagambetovich, Eskatova Gulzia Kabzhanovna, Abdrakhmanov Madi Bakhytbekovich. Under their guidance, the training sessions were very interesting and informative.
In addition to studying, I was involved in football, since even before entering the Academy I attended the football section in the city of Kostanay. From the first to the fourth year, I played for the Academy's national mini-football team. It was a great pride and honor for me to defend the name of the Academy's national team at various tournaments, be it Student Spring, regional or republican competitions. Most of all, I remember the Republican Football Championship among the employees of the KUIS of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which was held in Ust-Kamenogorsk in 2011. Then the Academy team became the champion of the tournament, and I was awarded an individual award in the nomination "best striker of the tournament". In 2012, as part of the Academy's mini-football team, we became champions of the Republican tournament among the staff of the KUIS. The Academy's mini-football team was like one big family for me, first of all I would like to mention our coach, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Salmagambetov Talgat Nurkanovich and the captain of the team, Major of Justice Rahimzhanov Dauren Gabdybekovich, as well as his classmates – Evgeny Leshkov, Kuderin Almas and Kurmashev Sabit. In addition to participating in the Republican tournament, I visited cities such as Shymkent, Uralsk, Petropavlovsk and Kyzylorda as part of the Academy team, where we became winners of tournaments.
In addition to participating in sports competitions, I also took part in parliamentary debates. In 2009, I was very interested in awarding the students of our Academy on the parade ground, in particular the fourth–year students - Atabaev Rustam and Sadykov Rollan. That's how I found out that there is a debate club at the Academy, consisting exclusively of students, and I really wanted to become a part of it. When I came to the next gathering of speakers, I tried my hand at discussing and challenging topical topics. At first, not knowing the rules of debate, it was very difficult, but thanks to senior comrades Rustam and Rolland, I was still able to learn how to properly conduct a discussion and think critically. By participating in various debate tournaments, I began to win certain awards among students of higher educational institutions. In this regard, I was elected chairman of the debate club of the Academy, later with my classmates – Artem Ovchinnikov, Sergey Liang, Anatoly Levin and Baglan Aidarov, we chose the name of the debate club – "Law and Order", which operates to this day. We have repeatedly become champions of city, regional and republican debate competitions.
A trip to the city of Pskov of the Russian Federation to participate in the Pskov Veche 2011 festival became a particularly memorable moment in my cadet life. This festival is held annually, cadets of departmental educational institutions of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan participate in it. This festival allows you to identify the best in scientific, creative and sports training. It was in 2011 that the Academy's team took part in the festival for the first time and we were proud to represent the Republic of Kazakhstan. We arrived in Pskov in an international composition of Russians, Kazakhs, Koreans, and this became our highlight on Russian soil, because more than 135 nationalities live in our beloved country. For me, participation in the festival brought a lot of personal achievements, I was awarded diplomas for first and third place in scientific conferences in the sections of social and humanitarian disciplines and criminal and penal law, we also took first place in the tournament in mini-football, volleyball, paintball and third place in the military-applied relay among twenty departmental educational institutions. The KVN Academy team was awarded a diploma in the nomination "Audience Award" and a diploma "Grand Prix" for a creative competition. The delegation of the Academy was headed by experienced teachers Tatyana Nikolaevna Zyubanova, Igor Viktorovich Sleptsov and Dmitry Alexandrovich Kim.
As I now remember my comrades with whom I received a lot of impressions and a lot of new positive emotions – these are Leshkov Evgeny, Ovchinnikov Artem, Mukashev Aidar, Lian Sergey, Askerli Kunduz, Aitkulov Dauren, Prisakar Veronika and Pisarenko Tatiana. Those were unforgettable times for me, which I remember with pride and joy, because this is already the history of the Academy.
After graduating in 2012, I began a different life, working in the institution of the Criminal Code-161/2 as an inspector of the organization of labor of convicts, 10 months later I was offered a higher position as head of the squad of the department of educational work among convicts. It was a hard job, but considering all the instructions from the course staff and the teaching staff, the new position became very close to me. In 2014, I took part in the competition "The best squad leader" among the staff of the department of educational work of the DUIS in the Kostanay region, where I took first place.
At the moment, I am studying at the scientific and pedagogical magistracy of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev.
As a cadet, I achieved good results in many areas, but I hope that these are just my life victories.
