On June 1, 43, the deputy head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kostanay region, Police Colonel Yerlan Fayzullin, turned 43.

The formation of a personality takes place from the moment a person is born. The future colonel was born in the village of Stepnyak, Amantugay district of Turgay region. Childhood was spent in a large and friendly family, parents initially invested in their son such qualities as honesty, justice, respect for elders.
From an early age, Yerlan Fayzullin was distinguished from his peers by his leadership qualities, and at school he was also an excellent role model. They looked up to him. Therefore, after graduating from high school, there was no urgent question when choosing a future profession. But before that, he served in the armed forces. From June 1992 to November 1993, Yerlan Fayzullin paid his debt to the Motherland. In the army, the character has hardened even more.
On September 1, 1995, Yerlan Zhumaseitovich put on a cadet's uniform, entering the Kostanay Law College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The teachers immediately saw great potential in the freshman. Of the many cadets, there are always those who achieve more.
At the end of August 1997, a graduate of the so-called "militia school" was sent to the Kostanay city police department to the criminal investigation department. From the first days of his service, the young operative showed a grasp on solving criminal cases. Everything that was not assigned was carried out successfully.
In the early years, Fayzullin immediately gained credibility, and after a couple of years he taught beginners. Both experienced operatives and beginners wanted to work with him in the same team. There was a lot to learn.
It was even said that if the case was assigned to disclose the opera to Fayzullin, then it would certainly be solved. He had and still has a special approach, some kind of flair known only to him and inimitable intuition.
In February 2000, he rose one step, was appointed a senior operative, there in the city police department of Kostanay.
And a year later, Yerlan Fayzullin was offered the position of deputy head of the criminal investigation department of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Kostanay. There he showed his managerial abilities. Colleagues still remember how Fayzullin skillfully managed to distribute cases between operas, helped with advice, and he always took an active part in their disclosure.
The wrong character, it was impossible to sit in the office, went to the front line and solved crimes together with operatives. The superior leadership saw the talent of the leader and suggested that Fayzullin go to raise the detection rate of crimes in the Federovsky district.
In July 2003, he was appointed Deputy Chief of Operations of the Fedorovsky District police Department. After serving in this position for about five years, Yerlan Zhumaseitovich was appointed head of the same district police department.
For more than four years, he consistently led the Fedorovsky district police Department, which showed excellent performance in operational activities. The staff still speaks positively about the ex-boss. YerlanUfaizullin managed to create a strong, professional team.
Having worked his way up from lieutenant to lieutenant colonel of the police on July 31, 2012, Yerlan Faizullin was appointed deputy head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kostanay region. He later received the rank of colonel. Currently holds this position.
