The Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbayev held a round table on improving the norms of criminal legislation establishing responsibility for driving a vehicle while intoxicated. The round table was attended by leading scientists from universities in Karaganda and Kostanay, representatives of the judiciary, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and territorial divisions of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city.Kostanay. During the constructive dialogue, the participants of the round table identified the existing problems of law enforcement, discussed the developed proposals and put forward a number of rational recommendations for improving legislation.
