On March 15, 2024, at the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbayev, a meeting was organized with 1st year cadets of 101,102,104 study groups at the curatorial hour with the inspector-psychologist of the PLO of the DP of the Ulytau region, police Major Amirkhanova Moldir and the inspector-psychologist of the PLO of the Almaly district of Almaty, police captain Kemalatdinova Ainura on the topic "Development of psychological professional qualities of employees ATS". At the meeting, the experts stressed the important points in the work of a psychologist. It is necessary for future young employees to be adapted to a new environment, resistant to various life challenges, and psychologically ready for various situations. During the meeting, the students asked relevant questions to the specialists and received specific answers to them. The specialists, in turn, wished the future students success in their studies, fulfillment of goals and objectives.
