On March 1, an international conference on the topic "Application of private law by police officers" was held in the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in an online format. The representative of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev was the head of the Department of General Legal Disciplines, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), police Lieutenant Colonel Kalkamanuly Daniyar with a report on the topic: "Application of civil law norms in the activities of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan". The speaker brought specific cases of the activities of the Department of Internal Affairs in the implementation of civil law norms, in which they have the ability to independently act in civil relations and bear property responsibility. Problematic aspects in this direction were also touched upon and ways to solve them were proposed.
