The leadership of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs held an instructional meeting with the 1st year cadets on departure for winter holidays. During the meeting, information was provided on students' academic performance, discipline, travel outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, compliance with traffic rules during the vacation.
